Hello! I am Mrs. Mikeisha Smith, your Health Education teacher. This year we will learn about all parts of the health triangle which includes physical health, social health, and mental emotional health. I plan to do this by engaging in fun and interactive activities so you are included in the learning process.
Outside of teaching, I am a wife and mother of two, one boy and one girel. I also have a pet dog by the name of Iggy. I obtained my associates degree here locally at Florida State College at Jacksonville and my bachelors from the University of Florida in Gainesville. I grew up here in Jacksonville, and as a little girl I knew I wanted to somehow impact the life of the youth. I am also the Dance Coach of the 1st Place Winners of the Jacksonville Diamond Competition for the team now known as "Lady Galaxy".
